Areas of concern
Unfortunately we can not guarentee areas that are damaged.
These include:
- Broken windows
- Longterm stained carpets
- Damage to walls
- Holes in walls
- Damage to doors/cupboard doors
- Burnt marks on carpets
Getting Your Bond Back
We guarentee our work for cleanliness.
All our jobs have a specific check list that is approved by Real-estate agents.
If your real-estate agent is not happy with our cleaning service or we have missed something, then you/they have 5 days to contact us and we will return for a re-clean at no extra charge.
Some areas of concern as discribed above will not be covered by our guarentee and will be discussed at time of cleaning.
