Unit Cleaning - This is usually considered as lowrise units. Some challenges are around access. Is there parking available for the cleaner to use? Is there off street or on street parking? Is a permit required or paid metred parking/ free parking? Is there a lift or stairs for access?

Townhouse Cleaning - This is usally considered as single/double or triple storey townhouses. Some challenges are around access. Some townhouses are in a secure area and require access via a swipe card or toggle. Is there off street parking or permit parking. Double and triple storey townhouses have stairs and make it difficult with Commercial Carpet Cleaning.

House Cleaning - This is usually considered as residential houses. Some challenges are around access. Some houses dont have parking or garage and parking maybe off street or on street. Access to the outside of the house maybe restricted by gardens or trees and areas like windows maybe restricted.
